WARRANTY DETAILS:

Congratulations on purchasing a Damon Howatt traditional bow manufactured by Damon Howatt Productions LLC. The bow is covered by a standard one year warranty against any product failure due to defects in material or workmanship to the original owner. The terms of this warranty are not transferable under any circumstances. The original owner must complete and submit the online bow registration form on the company’s website (DamoHowatt.com/Register) within 30 days of purchase, to be covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover strings or damage caused by abuse, mis-use or alterations to the bow’s design such as but not limited to: shooting the bow without an arrow, shooting the bow with an arrow less than 10 grains per LB of the suggested draw weight, or shooting the bow outside of the recomended brace height. If Damon Howatt in its sole discretion concludes the damage was caused by missuse the bow will not be covered under this warranty. Any accessories which came with the bow are excluded from this warranty. To make a warranty claim, you can either contact the dealer where you purchased the bow or contact us directly at Damon Howatt at (541) 870-4661, or preferably by emailing us at [email protected]. Prior to returning the bow to Damon Howatt for warranty service, the bow owner must secure a Return Authorization (RA) from Damon Howatt’s Customer Service. The bow owner is responsible for the shipping costs to Howatt’s facility. If Damon Howatt’s Technical Service Team deems that the bow is covered under this warranty, Howatt will perform the required repairs and will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If Damon Howatt Technical Service Group deems at our sole discretion believes that the bow is not covered under this warranty, the bow owner will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the bow’s return. If your bow cannot be repaired, howatt reserves the right to replace your bow with a different model of current market value. If replacement parts are unavailable, Howatt has the sole discretion to substitute any parts.

Your Damon Howatt Bow is inherently dangerous and by purchasing or using our product(s) you agree to take full responsibility and liability for the use of the product purchased. By using you agree that you shall not hold RIVITON LLC, nor Damon Howatt Productions LLC liable for property damage, personal injury or death when using our products. If you wish to not to comply with this, immediately contact [email protected] for a FULL no-questions asked return and refund BEFORE using or the product or opening/breaking the seal of the plastic bag. You will be liable for all shipping charges back to our location.
