    The [Your Business Name] Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Damon Howatt Productions LLC, located at 1940 River Rd, Lebanon, OR 97355.

    1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

    The Sweepstakes begins on February 16, 2025, at 12:00 AM PT and ends on February 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Entries will be drawn on Sunday, March 2, 2025.

    1. ELIGIBILITY

    The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and persons living in the same household are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law INCLUDING WASHINGTON STATE. We will VOID and REFUND any Washington State ENTRIES due to our optional paid processing fee placing this sweepstakes in the gambling category according to the Washington state assessor. This sweepstakes will not occur in Washington and is not eligible unfortunately to Washington state residents. If you are a Washington state resident, you can only enter by sending us a postcard or letter via mail.

    1. HOW TO ENTER

    There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

    (A) Free Mail-In Entry: To enter without payment, send a handwritten postcard including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

    Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 28, 2025, and received by March 3, 2025 to be eligible.

    (B) Online Entry with Handling Fee: Entrants may submit an entry online with a $25 handling fee at [your website URL]. Online entries must be submitted by 6:00 PM PT on February 28, 2025.

    Entry Limit: Each participant is allowed a maximum of two (2) entries, regardless of the method of entry (e.g., one mail-in and one online, or two of the same type). Any additional entries will be disqualified.

    1. ENTRY CAP & MINIMUM

    The Sweepstakes will be limited to 1,000 total entries. A minimum of 50 entries must be received for the Sweepstakes to proceed. If fewer than 50 entries are received, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes and refund all paid entries.

    1. PRIZE
      • Grand Prize: Custom Green Mamba SN# 24169
      • The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $549 At Cost
      • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
    2. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

    The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on March 5, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

    1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

    The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 5 business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 5 business days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, a new winner may be selected.

    1. PUBLICITY RELEASE

    By entering, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

    1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

    1. TAXES

    If the prize value exceeds $600, the winner must provide a W-9 form and will receive a 1099-MISC tax form for reporting purposes.
